Place the derma roller on the scalp and roll it vertically (front to back) 5 times, horizontally (side to side) 5 times and diagonally (right to left) 5 times.
Ensure that you roll the derma roller gently so that you feel discomfort and not pain.
After derma rolling, clean the derma roller with warm, soapy water and sanitize it with 70% alcohol for 5-10 minutes. Let it air dry before storing it.
Wait for 24 hours after derma rolling before you apply hair growth products.
