Itracon Capsules Dose
The dose for Itracon Capsules is one capsule taken once a day for durations which depend on the condition being treated.

Side effects of Itracon Capsules include abdominal discomfort, anorexia, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, headache, dizziness, and rash.
Precautions
Do not use it if you are allergic to itraconazole.

Drug to Drug Interactions
Plasma concentrations of itraconazole may be increased by cimetidine.

Itraconazole may increase the plasma concentrations of warfarin, astemizole, terfenadine.
Itraconazole should not be used together with astemizole, terfenadine as it may cause cardiac arrhythmia.
