Do not apply Naxacin if you are allergic to betamethasone or salicylic acid or urea or lactic acid.
Patients with tuberculosis of the skin, chickenpox, herpes simplex, herpes zoster, measles, vaccinia, and syphilitic skin lesions should not use it since its application might result in flare-up of the condition.
